Reception Staff

Kim Hilliard

A native of Turlock, Kim attended California State University Chico, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies. While in college she worked as a receptionist for a local veterinary hospital and was drawn to the veterinary profession. Kim joined our staff as the front office manager in June 2004. Kim is proud of Maze Animal Hospital’s friendly and dedicated staff.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys reading, jet skiing, bicycling, camping, and spending time with her family and friends. She has two dogs, Rex, a Lhasa Apso, and Rosie, a Retriever mix.

Erika Ramirez

Erika has been a receptionist at Maze Animal Hospital since 2007. She is currently attending classes at MJC . Ericka has two dogs, Rocky and Dante. Rocky was a rescue and she acquired Dante from a wonderful client.

Mike Baker

Mike was born in Fredericksburg, VA and moved to Modesto in 2007. Mike has worked in the veterinary field since 1999. He is currently enrolled at ITT Technical Institute earning a baccalaureate in Internet Security Systems. Mike enjoys spending his free time at home with his Australian Cattle dog, Jackson, and his two cats, Zim and Porsche. Mike also enjoys fishing, paintball, and computers.
